The terms that govern your use of AI Rap Duo, including photo rules, credits, refunds and how you may use your videos

Introduction

Welcome to AI Rap Duo. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at https://airapduo.app and the AI Rap Duo video generator (together, the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Definitions

  • "We", "us", "our": AI Rap Duo
  • "You", "your": the person using the Services
  • "Photos": the images you upload to create a video
  • "Videos": the AI-generated rap videos created for you, including their lyrics and backing track
  • "Credits": the units used to pay for video generations

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, to create an account and use the Services. You must not create an account if we have previously suspended or banned you.

What AI Rap Duo Does

After you sign in, you upload either two single-person photos or one photo of two people and choose a stage style (Orange Booth, Studio Booth, Street Cypher or Luxury Lobby). AI Rap Duo then generates a video of about 12 seconds in 9:16 vertical format, in which the two people lip-sync a rap duet on the chosen stage. The lyrics and backing track are created by AI; you do not write lyrics.

Videos are generated by the ByteDance Seedance 2.0 model through a third-party AI API provider. AI output varies: faces, voices, lip movements and lyrics may not match your expectations or the people in your photos exactly, and the same inputs can give different results.

Photo Rules

These rules are central to how AI Rap Duo works. By uploading a photo, you confirm that:

  • The photo shows you, or people who have clearly agreed to have their photo used on AI Rap Duo to make this kind of video
  • It does not show a celebrity or other public figure
  • It does not show anyone under 18
  • You are not using it to impersonate someone, deceive others, commit fraud, or harass, bully or embarrass anyone
  • You will not use it to create sexual, pornographic, hateful, violent or discriminatory content

Videos made with AI Rap Duo are AI-generated. When you share a video, you should label it as AI-generated and must not present it as real footage of the people shown.

We may block uploads, remove videos, withhold credits and suspend accounts that break these rules. If your photo was used without your permission, email support@airapduo.app and we will investigate and remove it.

Your Account

  • Keep your sign-in email secure. You are responsible for activity under your account
  • Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has accessed your account
  • Do not create multiple accounts to collect extra free credits

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Break any law or infringe anyone's rights, including privacy, publicity and image rights
  • Use the Services to create misleading deepfakes, political disinformation, spam or scams
  • Try to make the AI imitate the voice or style of a real, identifiable artist
  • Reverse engineer, scrape or overload the Services, or bypass usage limits, watermarks or payment
  • Resell access to the Services without our written permission

Credits, Plans and Payment

  • Generating a video uses credits. The number of credits depends on the options you choose and is shown before you generate
  • New accounts receive free credits for one 480p preview video. Free previews may carry a watermark
  • 720p output and watermark-free downloads are paid features, available with a subscription or a one-time credit pack
  • Current plans and prices are shown on our Pricing page. We may change prices, but changes do not affect a billing period you have already paid for
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel
  • Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts

Refunds

  • Failed generations: if a generation fails, the credits it used are returned to your account automatically
  • One-time credit packs: refundable within 14 days of purchase if none of the credits in the pack have been used. Once any credits have been used, the pack is not refundable
  • Subscriptions: you can cancel at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period and then does not renew. We do not give prorated refunds for unused time
  • Lifetime plans (if offered): refundable within 14 days of purchase if no credits have been used
  • Duplicate or unauthorized charges: email support@airapduo.app and we will investigate and correct them

Full details are in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits refund rights you have under the law of the country where you live.

Content and Ownership

Your Photos

You keep all rights to the photos you upload. You give us a limited license to store and process them, and to send them to our AI provider, only to generate your videos and run the Services. We do not make your photos public, sell them, or use them to train our own AI models.

Your Videos

  • Original AI music: the lyrics and backing track in each video are generated by AI for that video. We do not use existing songs, and the Services are not designed to imitate the voice of any real artist
  • Private by default: your videos are visible only in your account unless you share them
  • Personal use: you may keep, download and share your videos for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms
  • Paid users: while you have an active subscription, or for videos generated with credits you purchased, you may also use your videos on your personal and business social media accounts, including in promotional posts, provided the video follows the Photo Rules and is labelled as AI-generated where required
  • Not included: you may not sell the videos as stock footage, use them to endorse a product with someone's likeness without that person's consent, or register them with content ID or similar systems as your exclusive work

AI-generated content may not be protected by copyright in some countries, and similar-sounding music can be produced by other AI systems. We cannot guarantee that a platform's automated systems will never flag or restrict a video. You are responsible for how you use and publish your videos.

Our Service

The AI Rap Duo website, brand, stage designs, software and features belong to us. These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services for their intended purpose.

Service Availability

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that a generation will always succeed or match your expectations. We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time.

Termination

You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time from your account settings or by emailing us. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms, including the Photo Rules, or that are used for fraud or abuse. When an account is closed, we may delete its photos and videos. Unused credits in accounts closed for breaking these Terms are not refunded.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AI RAP DUO IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR OF ANY VIDEO. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not all apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify AI Rap Duo against claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from photos you upload, videos you create or share, or your breach of these Terms, including claims by people shown in your photos.

Disputes

Before bringing any claim, please contact us at support@airapduo.app so we can try to resolve it informally. We will respond in good faith within 30 days.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version on this page and update the date below, and notify you by email about significant changes. Continuing to use the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

General

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Cookie Policy, are the entire agreement between you and AI Rap Duo about the Services. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer these Terms without our consent.
